Celebrating STAR WARS

We are well into the home stretch and the news is coming thick and fast so this is another round up post to try and cover everything from the last few days. First, some sad news. On Saturday, April 5, it was announced that Oscar Isaac would no longer be attending Star Wars  Celebration Japan due to production commitments. I've updated the Celebration Guests page to reflect this. This means that his Saturday panel, "A Conversation with Oscar Isaac", is also cancelled. My best guess is that S...

In a statement posted to the official Celebration website and the Star Wars Celebration social media channels, ReedPOP officially announced the cancellation of this year's Celebration along with the news that Celebration would return to Anaheim in 2022. The statement in full reads: To our Star Wars Celebration Fans and Friends, At Star Wars Celebration, the health and safety of our fans, attendees, exhibitors, guests and staff is always our number one priority. Due to the global impact of the COVID-19 virus and in speaking with local and state authorities on the latest public health guidelines related to indoor conventions, we have made the decision to cancel Star Wars Celebration for 2020. Whilst this news is disappointing, we are happy to announce that Star Wars Celebration will return to the Anaheim Convention Centre on ...
