Celebrating STAR WARS

  We have our first Celebration exclusive! During their livestream last week, the Hasbro team revealed the Revenge of the Jedi  Darth Vader that will be available exclusively at Star Wars  Celebration Europe this Easter. Taking inspiration from the original Revenge of the Jedi poster this Vader figure features the red tinted color scheme of the poster and comes in exclusive Revenge of the Jedi  packaging featuring a removable version of the poster that inspired the figure. No word yet on how this figure will be distributed (2019 exclusives were handled via lottery) but it will be available on site unlike last year's pre-order. I've added the figure to the Celebration Vendor Exclusives 2023 page. Hopefully we'll learn more of the exclusives in store for us soon!

The Hasbro lottery is for the Black Series Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Maul action figures, celebrating the 20th anniversary of The Phantom Menace with an exclusive Episode I card back. The lottery covers both figures and there will be 4000 winners. The LEGO lottery is for a bust of Darth Vader, celebrating 20 years of LEGO Star Wars. This will be limited to 500 per day. LEGO are celebrating 20 years of LEGO Star Wars this year with a special bust of Darth Vader. After Celebration the Vader bust will see a limited release at Target. And Funko will be bringing their ever popular POP! figures back to Celebration with a range of exclusive offerings. Picture via TheForce.net Forums The first exclusive is here! Earlier today, at New York Toy Fair, Hasbro announced that they are bringing two exclusive figures to Celebration Chicago in April! The first is an all new figure of Obi-Wan Kenobi from The Phantom Menace , and accompanying him is a re-release of Darth Maul, updated with the new photo real face printing technology that the latest Black Series figures have featured. The figures will come on Celebration exclusive retro card backs based on 1999's The Phantom Menace toy line, featuring the visage of Darth Maul and a striking red and black colour scheme. Both figures will be available as regular retail releases later in the year. Obi-Wan in the main Black Series line this Summer, and Maul in the new Black Series Archive line in Fall.
