Celebrating STAR WARS

  Hello there! Well, that was a littler earlier than expected! Last night Star Wars  Celebration revealed the key art for Japan 2025 and announced that tickets for the highly anticipated event would go on sale Thursday, May 2, at 19:00 EST (US) / Friday, May 3, at 08:00 JST (Japan). Debuting the key art  StarWars.com  revealed that it was created using the traditional Japanese sumi-e style of blank ink painting. The artwork blends together the iconography of Star Wars  with that of Japan itself, with Mount Fuji centered in Japan's Rising Sun flag, framed by TIE Fighters, X-wings, and AT-ATs, with Darth Vader in the foreground and swirls of black ink extending from the Sith Lord to form the branches of cherry blossom trees. When tickets go on sale (as near to May 4th as possible) they will cost $168.85 for a 3-Day adult badge and $42.35 for a 3-Day child badge.
