Celebrating STAR WARS

ILM’s latest foray into virtual reality is coming to Star Wars Celebration. Star Wars: Beyond Victory  is a “mixed reality playset” set around the time of  Solo that is being created exclusively for Meta Quest 3 and 3S headsets and aims to literally bring the world of podracing into players living rooms in ways never experienced before. Announcing the game last week StarWars .com  revealed that fans at Celebration would be the first in the galaxy to get to play the game (along with demos for previous games such as Vader’s Quest and Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge) at ILM/Meta Quest’s booth (20-5) on the show floor. And that’s not all! An exclusive prequel comic for the game will be available as a free giveaway at the booth as well! I still remember the original ILMxLAB Trials on Tatooine experience back at Celebration Europe in 2016! I can’t want to see how for things have come!

Nubs Nation this is your time!!! Everyone's favorite Pooba is hitting the show floor and meeting fans for the first time at Star Wars  Celebration!   Lightsaber training is back!! The Saber Guild is hitting the Galactic Senate Stage to teach aspiring young Jedi (and Sith) how to wield the saga's most iconic weapon. Sessions this year are being held in both Japanese and English with the below schedule. Friday, April 18 Morning Session - 11AM-12PM (Japanese) Afternoon Session - 2PM-3PM (English) Saturday, April 19 Morning Session - 11AM-12PM (Japanese) Afternoon Session - 3PM-4PM (English) Sunday, April 20 Morning Session - 11AM-12PM (Japanese) Afternoon Session - 1PM-2PM (English) If there's one thing kids love it's getting to use a lightsaber so here's a great chance for them to get in on the fun!

Last time we went to Scariff, this time we're heading to the Mandoverse. Yes, the diorama build is back! Taking place over all four days of Celebration, fans will be able to take part in building a 1,400 square foot diorama of The Mandalorian universe. With thousands of miniatures supplied by Atomic Mass Games/Asmodee fans will be able to help complete this incredible display and then take a piece home as a souvenir. The Scariff diorama in Chicago looked fantastic, with loads of fun Easter Eggs and scenes hidden within, so I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with for Mando!

The Live Stage is back!! Coming to you direct from the show floor in Anaheim, Star Wars Celebration LIVE! will bring you the biggest panels, news, and more right to your home! And that's not all, Andi and Anthony are back!! Yes, The Star Wars Show  hosts are returning for Celebration 2022 and are joined by This Week in Star Wars' Kristen Baver, The High Republic Show's Krystina Arielle, and Hector Navarro and Jordan Hembrough! The LIVE! schedule is never announced in full, but you can expect each day to begin with a stream of the biggest each morning panel follow by reactions, interviews, more major panels, exhibitors, segments from the show floor and more! Star Wars  Celebration LIVE! is the best way to experience the show if you can't be in Anaheim (it's how I experience Anaheim 2015 and Orlando 2017), and for fans that are going it's also a fantastic way for catching up on everything you might have missed whilst you were there! If you aren't lucky enou...

As reported by  StarWarsNewsNet , Asmodee is bringing its popular Star Wars  table top game to Celebration next month. From Friday to Sunday fans will be able try out nine different games at the Asmodee booth, including the latest expansion, Outer Rim - Unfinished Business . In Chicago, Fantasy Flight Games (who Asmodee took over) also hosted a panel and had an exclusive Darth Vader miniature that fans could only get at Celebration so it's highly likely that they'll have some sort of exclusive this year as well. The nine games fans can experience at Celebration include: Star Wars: Outer Rim - Unfinished Business Expansion Play as a smuggler in the Outer Rim and steal all the loot you can carry. But watch out - draw too much attention and your bounty will draw hunters from across the galaxy. Love Letter: Jabba’s Palace Using iconic Star Wars characters, deceive and outwit other players to win Jabba’s favor. Collect cards and lay traps to knock other players out of the g...

From The Phantom Menace to The Last Jedi , with The Clone Wars , Rebels , and Resistance in between, the mural is a timeline of the beloved saga. Prints of the mural will be available from Jason's booth (4323) at Celebration with prices ranging from $150-500 depending on the size of the print and the type of paper used.
