Ray Park and More Heading to Chicago Plus Volunteer with Topps


I'm a bit late with this post but last week we finally got the news that Celebration regular and fan favourite actor Ray Park will be coming to Chicago next month!

The star of The Phantom Menace and that cameo in Solo: A Star Wars Story will be signing from Friday to Monday, and yes you can get a team up photo with the voice of Maul, Sam Witwer.


Joining him will be Clone Wars star Matt Lanter (Anakin Skywalker), rounding out the core cast of our beloved Clone Wars heroes. And there's plenty of team up photos available for the entire Clone Wars gang!


And Rebels star Tiya Sircar (Sabine Wren) brings the Ghost family one step closer to completion. And yes, plenty of team up photo ops there as well.


All three of these amazing guests, along with pricing, dates, and direct purchase links, have been added to the Guest page and are available now at Epic Photo Ops. And so is Ashley Eckstein, who is now confirmed as appearing Thursday to Saturday and Monday.

And if you fancy volunteering some of your time whilst at Celebration, then Topps wants to hear from you. They need volunteers to help with line management, tickets scanning, talent assistance, and customer assistance. Each volunteer shift is 5 hours long, with the full event being split into 10 shifts. In return for their time, volunteers will receive the Topps Celebration 2019 Volunteer Edition trading card set (1 shift) in addition to $49-$400 worth of autographs (2-10 shifts). More guests are due to be announced tomorrow (well, later today technically!). And from his latest cryptic tweet, it certainly looks like C-3PO himself, Anthony Daniels, could be one of them!

Star Wars Celebration Announces Main Panels and Reservation System

  This is the way (to get panel and Lightspeed Lane reservations). Last night Star Wars  Celebration officially announced  the return of the Lightspeed Lane for the Celebration Store and a new Panel Reservation system that will replace the lottery system used since 2019. But, not hidden but certainly buried away, was an even bigger announcement - the 4 main panels of Star Wars  Celebration Japan 2025!! Kicking things off, the Lucasfilm Showcase is out and dedicated movie panels are back in! The Mandalorian & Grogu  opens Celebration on Friday and will hopefully give attendees (and the world) the first full teaser trailer for Star Wars'  eagerly awaited return to the big screen.
