Save the Rebellion! Save the Dream! Saw Gerrera and More Coming to Celebration


The latest round of Celebration guests were announced last night, and they include a freedom fighter, a Mandalorian, a Naboo captain, and three people who help bring the galaxy to life!

Forest Whitaker, Rogue One's rogue rebel Saw Gerrera will be meeting fans in Chicago.


Joining him will be another freedom fighter, The Clone Wars and Rebels Katee Sackhoff, who voices Mandalorian warrior and leader Bo-Katan.


Joining the 20th anniversary festivities will be Hugh Quarshie, The Phantom Menace's Captain Panaka.


And finally, fans will be able to meet Lee Towersey, who helped build R2-D2 for the Sequel Trilogy, Josh Lee, who worked on both K-2SO and BB-8, and Matt Denton, electronic design and development supervisor for both The Force Awakens and Rogue One.


We're nearing the end of the guest announcements now, but there's still hope of a few surprises in these final weeks before Celebration. I know it's looking unlikely now, but I still hope we can see a Skywalker or two as we mark the end of the original saga.

  Welcome to the Outer Rim Matsuri (festival)! On outer rim world, not dissimilar to Japan, the fan clubs are coming together for their traditional Star Wars  Celebration bash! Taking place on Saturday, April 19, the Celebration Bash is open to members of the official groups along with their families and friends. That's right, families! For the first time ever the Celebration Bash will welcome all ages for an evening of fun, food, drinks, and entertainment. Tickets to the Bash cost ¥12,000 per adult, ¥3,500 per child (ages 13-17), and ¥2,500 per child (ages 6-12). Star Wars Celebration Announces Main Panels and Reservation System

  This is the way (to get panel and Lightspeed Lane reservations). Last night Star Wars  Celebration officially announced  the return of the Lightspeed Lane for the Celebration Store and a new Panel Reservation system that will replace the lottery system used since 2019. But, not hidden but certainly buried away, was an even bigger announcement - the 4 main panels of Star Wars  Celebration Japan 2025!! Kicking things off, the Lucasfilm Showcase is out and dedicated movie panels are back in! The Mandalorian & Grogu  opens Celebration on Friday and will hopefully give attendees (and the world) the first full teaser trailer for Star Wars'  eagerly awaited return to the big screen. THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED FOLLOWING THE LIGHTNING LANE RESERVATION PROCESS First though, Ticket Transfers. TICKET TRANSFERS A new wrinkle this year. To take part in online reservations each ticket must be assigned to a unique email address. You cannot enter any of the reservations as a group. All members of your party with adult tickets must make their own reservations. You can transfer tickets until 12PM (ET) on the day of reservations.
