Ticket Transfer, Panel Selection & Lightspeed Lane Guide

Hello there!

This page is your guide to all the online selection processes. Panel Reservations, Lightspeed Lane Reservations for the Celebration Store, and any exclusive Shopping Reservations, you'll find all the details below.

First though, Ticket Transfers.

TICKET TRANSFERS

A new wrinkle this year. To take part in online reservations each ticket must be assigned to a unique email address. You cannot enter any of the reservations as a group. All members of your party with adult tickets must make their own reservations.

You can transfer tickets until approximately one week before pre-show reservations begin. This works out as Thursday, March 6, for the Celebration Store Lightning Lane Reservations and Tuesday, March 18, for Panel Reservations.

To transfer tickets visit the Showclix My Tickets page and log in using the email address you used when purchasing your tickets (click "Forgot Password" if you have not previously created one).

Find your Star Wars Celebration order and click the blue button saying "Manage Star Wars Celebration Japan Profile".

Click the link that says "Transfer Items". A pop up window will then allow you to enter the email address that you want to transfer tickets to and select the tickets to be transferred.

The receiver will then need to log into the My Tickets page. They will see a green bar at the top saying that they have a transfer pending. Click on the link in that bar to accept the transfer and follow the prompts.

With this done you'll be all set for when the pre-show reservations open up closer to Celebration.

LIGHTSPEED LANE RESERVATIONS

Want to skip that massive line for the Celebration Store? This is the pass for you! The Lightspeed Lane is your way to skip the queue with a guaranteed entry time for the Celebration Store.

Lightspeed Lane Reservations officially open on Thursday, March 13 at 4PM PDT (7PM EDT, 11PM GMT)/Friday, March 14 at 8AM JST and will remain open until all slots are filled. No Lightspeed Lane Reservations will be available on site.

To make a reservation you will need to login to your Showclix My Tickets page where you will be able to select "Make a Reservation". Clicking this will put you into the queue. Once through the queue you can select the time and date you want for your Lightspeed Lane Reservation from the available options.

Reservations are issued on a first come, first served basis and are not confirmed until you receive your confirmation email.

Reservations are available for adult single day and 3-day badge holders and are limited to one per person for the duration of Star Wars Celebration (so if you have a 3 day badge or multiple single day badges you may only select one time slot, not one per day).

There will be a first come, first served standby line for the Celebration Store but this may be limited and is not guaranteed.

PANEL RESERVATIONS

And finally, the one we've all been waiting for. If you want a chance to see some of the biggest panels of the weekend, this is it.

This year there will be 4 panels that require a reservation to gain access to:

Friday - The Mandalorian and Grogu
Saturday - Andor: A Star Wars Story
Saturday - Ahsoka
Sunday - First Look: Star Wars: Visions Volume 3

It's all change this year as the lottery has been replaced by a new reservation system.

Panel Reservations officially open on Tuesday, March 25 at 4PM PDT (7PM EDT, 11PM GMT)/Wednesday, March 26 at 8AM JST.

Panel Reservations will close on Tuesday, April 8 at 1PM PDT (4PM EDT, 9PM BST)/Wednesday, March 26 at 5AM JST

The exact process to make a reservation is not given on the official site (!) but, since it requires a unique Showclix account, I can only presume that it will be the same as Lightspeed Lane Reservations, so you will need to login to your Showclix My Tickets page where you should then be able to select "Make a Reservation" which will put you into the queue.

Once through the queue you can select the panels that you wish to attend and the stage you wish to view them on.

Celebration Stage - this is the main stage where these four panels will be held live.
Galaxy Stage and Twin Suns Stage - these stages will feature a live stream from the Celebration Stage when they are available for selection.

Reservations are available for adult single day and 3-day badge holders.

Fans can select one panel per day they have a badge for, so you will only be able to get a reservation for one of the two panels on Saturday.

Once the reservation process is complete fans will receive an email confirmation containing a QR code that will be required for entry into the panel and are asked to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the panel's start time.

Reservations are issued on a first come, first served basis and are not confirmed until you receive your confirmation email.

There may be a very limited amount of seating available for standby lines before each panel. This is likely to be on a panel by panel basis and is not guaranteed. Where standby seating is available the line will be closed once the room is full.

So that's the new process. I just want to reiterate that you must complete the ticket transfer process before reservations begin. Each ticket must be assigned to a unique email with its own Showclix account to take part in the reservation process for both Panel and Lightspeed Lane Reservations.

VIPs do not need reservations as they will have a designated line for the Celebration Store and guaranteed seating for all Celebration Stage panels.

Children 13 do not require an individual reservation and may enter with an accompanying adult (who does require a reservation).

One last important note - if you transfer your ticket after making a reservation, that reservation will no longer be available for that ticket, it does not transfer with your ticket.
