Pin Trading - More Pins Revealed


Here come the pins! After revealing the Exhibitor Pins earlier in the week, the Celebration site has added the ever elusive staff pins as a first look at some of the pins coming to the show store!

Staff

 To get these badges you have to trade with a member of staff. Staff cannot refuse to trade, but they can only trade for this year's pin collection.

 Celebration Store

 These pins will be in multipacks and blind bags in the Celebration Store;


Chewbacca will only be available with the pin trading lanyard;


And BB-8 and Boba Fett will only be available to buy if you spend over a certain amount in the Celebration Store ($100 for Boba Fett, $150 for BB-8). Those numbers sound high but you'd be amazed how easily you'll hit them!

  Funko went all out for May the 4th, revealing the multitude of  Star Wars Celebration exclusives coming from Funko and Loungefly. First up is the Diamond Glitter Grogu. Limited to 5000 pieces, this is a shared exclusive with other ReedPOP conventions this year. Classic A New Hope  versions of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, and a Stormtrooper will be available as single POP figures and a 5-Pack featuring all the figures on one stand. Some Early Celebration Europe 2023 Advice

  Over the next few weeks I'm going to start updating this blog with a new 2023 hub and working on new guides for next year. But for those of you who want to get the jump on things I figured I'd do a quick post with the information we do have (and a little on what we can expect to be different from last time Celebration was in London). Next year Star Wars Celebration is returning to London, and to the ExCeL Center where both Celebration Europe 2007 and 2016 were held. This will be the first four day Celebration in Europe and will take place over the Easter weekend from Friday, April 7, to Monday, April 10. Ticket sales haven't been announced yet (hopefully we should see them in the next month or two), so most of this will be focused on hotels and how things ran in 2016. First quick note - ExCeL is card only for their food court/own vendors, so keep that in mind when deciding how much money to change.
