Massive Celebration Anaheim Update - Tickets, Merchandise & Lyte Resales!

It's finally happening!!!

We are 80 days away from Star Wars Celebration Anaheim and ReedPOP announced today that long awaited ticket resale will take place next Tuesday, March 15th, along with new merchandise pre-orders, the return of the Lyte ticket exchange, and new covid entry requirements.

TICKETS

Tickets go on sale next Tuesday, Match 15th, at 9am PT, and ReedPOP are advising that there will only be a limited number available. All ticket types, including 4 Day badges and VIP Jedi Master badges, will be available. For US attendees, badges will then be mailed out ahead of the event. All international attendees will need to collect their badges from Will Call at the convention center.

LYTE TICKET EXCHANGE

If you don't manage to get tickets next week, don't worry. The Lyte ticket exchange will reopen once tickets are back on sale. However, it does appear that Lyte tickets will no longer be resold at face value. The official page says Lyte will "take into account supply (returns), demand (requests), and the prices on the secondary market and then provide the most competitive price for both sellers and buyers. For requests, the price is not set to a fixed % above or below face value, but we will always undercut the secondary (up to 20%)."

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE

Alongside the ticket pre-sale, fans will be offered the opportunity to pre-order a range of Celebration merchandise from T-shirts to tote bags. Fans who already have tickets will be able to pre-order this merchandise from shop.starwarscelebration.com from this Friday, March 11th. Sales begin at 9am PT. As with tickets, US attendees will be mailed their merchandise pre-orders ahead of the show whilst international guests will need to collect theirs from Will Call at the convention center. I've also added photographs and pricing for all of the available merchandise to the 2022 Show Store page.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

I'm just going to copy this direct from the official site so there's no confusion:

"In order to provide the best and safest fan experience possible, Star Wars Celebration 2022 will require proof of full vaccination for age 5+ from an FDA or WHO approved or authorized vaccine. For attendees under age 5, we will require proof of a negative test with a timestamp showing it was performed no more than 1 day before admission (antigen) or 2 days before admission (PCR). Every attendee will be required to wear an approved face covering at all times while attending the show. We've taken proactive steps and implemented guidelines based on public health guidance to help support a safe and comfortable experience. Our team is constantly reviewing the Star Wars Celebration requirements. Please check our Health and Safety page often for the most up-to-date information."

It's been a long road, but we're almost there! I can't wait to see you all in Anaheim!!
