Entry to Celebration, Will Call & Accessibility (DDA)

Here is everything you know about getting into Star Wars Celebration and all of the exciting panels an events each morning!

The Basics

To enter Star Wars Celebration you must have a valid badge (of course!)

Everyone will have to go through metal detectors and bag check on entry. Fans are free to come in costume and bring whatever they need, just be aware that the less you have with you, the faster you will clear security.

Will Call

If you aren't getting your badge in the mail then you will need to collect it from the Will Call counter at Fan Services when you arrive. This is located in the North Events Hall. All tickets purchased after February 12 will need to be collected.

On site badge collection is open:

Thursday 14:00-20:00
Friday 8:00-18:30
Saturday 8:00-18:30
Sunday 8:00-18:30
Monday 8:00-16:00

Main Entrance

The queue starts a little later this year with the ExCeL Center opening at 8am each morning. Overnight queuing is not permitted and fans gathering prior to 8am will be asked to disperse.

Entry will be via the North West Entry Gate near Custom House station.

If you arrive before 10am the main queue will be in Hall N2.

There will be separate lines for VIP/Jedi Master, accessibility, Celebration Stage lottery winners, and general entry (including streaming stage winners for the morning panels).

When Star Wars Celebration opens at 10am you can head directly to the show floor or to the queue areas for stages and show store.

If you have not been selected for the opening panel but would like to enter the Celebration Stage stand-by line then you will need to queue in Hall N2 and make your way to the Celebration Stage queue hall at 10am to join the overflow line. There will also be overflow lines for Galaxy and Twin Suns Stages.

Celebration Stage winners will have their QR codes scanned prior to entry and be given wristbands that grants access to opening panel.

Those who have won entry to the morning panels will need to be in the appropriate queue hall 30-45 minutes before the panel (10:15-10:30). Those who have not won and wish to enter the standby overflow queue are advised to head directly to the appropriate queue halls at opening to join the overflow line as availability will be limited.

All panels besides the 5 lottery panels will be on a first come, first served basis with fans advised to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to their chosen panels.

Jedi Master VIP Entrance

Entry will be via the North West Entry Gate near Custom House station.

If you arrive before 9:30am the main queue will be in Hall N2.

There will be a dedicated VIP line in the queue hall that will allow early entry to the show floor, Celebration Store, and stage queues.

Jedi Masters will have a dedicated queue and reserved seating for all Celebration Stage panels.

Accessibility (DDA) Entrance

Entry will be via the main West entrance.

If you arrive before 10am the main queue will be in Hall N2. There will be a dedicated accessibility lines in the queue hall for both Celebration Stage winners and general entry. These lines will be allowed access just ahead of the general queue at opening.

Each stage and the Celebration Store will have a dedicated accessibility line. Fans are advised to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to their chosen panels.

Accessibility (DDA)

The Accessibility Services Desk is located at Fan Services in the North Events Hall. Desk hours are the same as on site badge collection.

Here you can get your accessibility sticker, learn about accessibility services, and have any accessibility questions answered. You must get you accessibility sticker to be able to use accessibility services at Celebration.

Accessibility stickers are valid for the full duration of the convention. Please do not remove the sticker during the event.

One companion sticker will be issued per disabled guest (with exceptions for families with young children). I do not believe you can get a companion sticker in addition to the free Carer badge as the Carer badge holder is your companion.

Limited seating will be available in the accessibility lines on a first come, first served basis. It is therefore recommended that guests who cannot stand for long periods bring their own seating device. Only those in accessibility queues are allowed to bring small personal chairs with them. They must be collapsible and able to fit into a backpack or small bag.

All Guide and Assistance Dogs are fully permitted. Other support animals are welcome throughout the convention center but ExCeL suggests all guests wishing to bring support animals contact ReedPOP ahead of the event to ensure smooth entry on the day.

ExCeL London is fully navigable for guests with mobility disabilities, with accessible pathways and lifts connecting all areas. Guest are encouraged to use wheelchairs, scooters, and other forms of personal transportation.

Quiet rooms will be available throughout the event.
