  Skipped pre-ordering merch in order to secure your ticket? Had your merch selected but didn't realize the new system needed an additional step to add it to your cart? Just want to order more merch? Well good news! ReedPop are re-opening merch pre-orders. Starting and 12pm (PT) and running until 12pm (PT) on June 29 ticket holders will be able to access the Celebration Store to place an additional merch order. Access to the store requires a unique password (your order confirmation number) and you will only be able to make a single transaction. So if you bought in a group make sure you know what everyone wants before placing your order. According to ReedPop customer service there is no risk of anything selling out everything is pre-order so you have plenty of time to browse and get your group's order together.   Well, that was certainly intense! Yesterday Star Wars Celebration tickets went on sale and 5 hours 54 chaotic minutes later they were officially sold out . As always, the VIP Jedi Master tickets were the first to sell out . Officially the sell out was announced at 1:23PM PT. Realistically the vast majority of VIP tickets went in seconds with the later official time being the result of one or two tickets dropping back into stock as shopping carts timed out. This could also be seen with adult 4-Day tickets. The sell out was officially announced at 2:26PM PT . In practice, 4-Day tickets were flickering in and out of stock within the first hour. Friday and Saturday adult tickets were next, with their sell out officially confirmed at 4:33PM PT . Then, at 5:54PM PT, Star Wars Celebration was officially sold out.   Here we go again! I hope you all had a great Star Wars Day. Now it's time to look to the future once more. Today is a day that's equal parts excitement and anxiety inducing as tickets and hotels for Star Wars Celebration Los Angeles 2027 go on sale! Tickets will on sale at 12pm PT (3PM ET). Once you have your tickets secured you will receive access to the hotel block via your confirmation email (no word yet on whether this will just be a direct link, access code or unique link). Make sure you keep an eye on all Star Wars Celebration social accounts as they can sometimes share the link to the ticket queue there before updating main site. The link to the ticket sale will be shared early, this will take you to a holding room and at 12pm PT everyone in the holding room will be randomly assigned a place in the queue and see the infamous running man (or man who walks agonizingly show depending on where you are in the queue).   We are going all out for the 50th! Today the official site revealed the first 5 guests for Star Wars  Celebration Los Angeles and tickets aren't even on sale yet! They did this for Japan and a lot of fans, myself included, assumed it was to encourage people to travel to Japan as guests have historically been announced much closer to the event, but it looks like this may just be the new normal for Star Wars  Celebration. Headlining this initial wave of guests is Anakin Skywalker himself, Hayden Christensen along with the villain of three trilogies, Ian McDiarmid (Emperor Palpatine), and the man who has been in more Star Wars  movies and shows than anyone else - Anthony Daniels (C-3PO).   I'm gonna be broke!! Last night StarWars.com posted a first look at some of the exclusive merchandise that will be on sale at the Star Wars Celebration Show Store next year! Split across 4 collections (SWC Logo, Star Wars  50th Anniversary, SWC Key Art, and More Merch) these first reveals cover everything from stickers to throw rugs. But that's not all, the official Celebration website updated it's merch page to feature all of the new reveals along with their pricing as it's anticipated that all of these reveals will be available to pre-order next week when you order tickets! This will be by far the biggest merchandise pre-order offered in Celebration's history! They're clearly going all out for the 50th and if this much is being offered up front I'm very excited to see all the other things will available in the actual show store.   LET'S GO!!!! This is the moment we've been waiting for since the show floor closed on the final day of Star Wars  Celebration Japan just under a year ago. Today StarWars.com announced that tickets and hotel block for next year's Star Wars Celebration Los Angeles will go on sale May 6, 2026. But that's not all! They also revealed the gorgeous key art by David Ball and Julien Rico Jr. I don't know about you, but I can't wait to have that on a t-shirt! I love the classic Luke and Leia pose and the Hollywood style Star Wars  sign. Along side the announcement the official Star Wars Celebration site was updated for SWCLA2027 giving us ticket pricing, our first look at the Key Art t-shirt (one of the items you'll be able to pre-order with your tickets) and a few other bits of information so let's dive in!   We are well into the home stretch and the news is coming thick and fast so this is another round up post to try and cover everything from the last few days. First, some sad news. On Saturday, April 5, it was announced that Oscar Isaac would no longer be attending Star Wars  Celebration Japan due to production commitments. I've updated the Celebration Guests page to reflect this. This means that his Saturday panel, "A Conversation with Oscar Isaac", is also cancelled. However, I do have to admit that ReedPop have put together an impressive replacement, especially on such short notice. Replacing Oscar's panel on the Galaxy Stage will be "Stars of Star Wars ", where Vanessa Marshall will host a conversation with Mads Mikkelsen, Manny Jacinto, and Sam Witwer! This fan meetup and discussion takes place on Friday, April 18, in the Front Square (which I believe is just down the stairs from the Celebration Hall queuing area) at 5PM.

  To celebrate the return of  Star Wars  Celebration to Japan there is going to be an official festival event in Toyosago Park and the adjacent Aeon Mall, Makuhari New City ( where cinema screenings of the full Skywalker Saga are being held ), about a fifteen minute walk from convention centre! Kicking things off will be a special Eve Festival Event at Toyosago Park which will be invite only on Thursday, April 17. How do you get invited?   ILM’s latest foray into virtual reality is coming to Star Wars Celebration. Star Wars: Beyond Victory  is a “mixed reality playset” set around the time of  Solo that is being created exclusively for Meta Quest 3 and 3S headsets and aims to literally bring the world of podracing into players living rooms in ways never experienced before. Announcing the game last week StarWars .com  revealed that fans at Celebration would be the first in the galaxy to get to play the game (along with demos for previous games such as Vader’s Quest and Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge) at ILM/Meta Quest’s booth (20-5) on the show floor. And that’s not all! An exclusive prequel comic for the game will be available as a free giveaway at the booth as well! I still remember the original ILMxLAB Trials on Tatooine experience back at Celebration Europe in 2016! I can’t want to see how for things have come!

  We are heading into the home stretch and the last 24 hours has seen a whole host of updates. If you’ve ordered photo ops or autographs you will have received an email telling you that your order has now been updated with your group and time so check those asap because if you have a clash it’s very easy to switch dates (provided the other dates/times aren’t sold out). The Star Wars Celebration mobile app has been updated for Japan and is available now for both iOS and Android . The official app gives you quick access to the panel schedule, show floor and entry maps, FAQ, accessibility information and more, plus it can send you push notifications ahead of those panels and events that you don’t want to miss.   We’re in the home stretch but there’s still time for another competition! Singapore based lightsaber seller Sabermach is giving away one 3-Day pass to Star Wars  Celebration. To enter you just have to follow them on Facebook, like and comment on the post, and share it with at least three friends. The competition is just for the ticket so this competition is best for local residents or these already planning to be in Tokyo during Celebration.   We've been seeing a slow roll out of exhibitor exclusive announcements for a while now but yesterday StarWars.com  and the official Celebration website updated to reveal multiple exclusives and early releases that fans can expect to find on the show floor. I've added all of these to the Vendor Exclusives 2025 page , but let's take a quick. look at some of what was revealed last night. First up is a gorgeous Black Series 2-pack from Hasbro based on Star Wars: Visions  featuring The Ronin and R5-D65. These figures will be available as a standard release later but this exclusive "Japanese-only-single-language collectible" edition will only be available at Celebration. Audia-Technica will be have an early release of their limited edition wireless earbuds that will release in the US on May 4.
