Updates and Road Map

What a few months it's been.

It's been a little quiet on the old Celebration front over the last few months so this blog has been pretty inactive but yesterday certainly changed that with the announcement of Star Wars Nite at Disneyland for the opening day of Celebration! Over the last few months we've had the final season of Resistance, the first season of The Mandalorian, The Rise of Skywalker has brought the (first) saga to its conclusion, and the final season of The Clone Wars is less than a month away.

We're about seven months away from Star Wars Celebration Anaheim and, as yesterday showed, we can probably expect the news to start trickling in now before the floodgates really open in the summer. It was about seven months ahead of Chicago that David Collins and Amy Ratcliffe were announced as the hosts of the Galaxy and Behind the Scenes Stages so hopefully we can expect a similar announcement soon.

Over at the official Celebration website applications are now open for the Art Show, Fan Tables, and Fan Panels (all until February 28th). Applications are also live for the Fan Props displays (with a shorter deadline of 31st January).

As for this blog, it's time for me to get to work. I've already gone through and updated the 2020 Exclusives page with the latest images of the pre-order merchandise. Over the next several weeks I'll be going over the old guides I did for Celebration Chicago and updating/stream lining them for Anaheim. Hopefully as many as possible will be done before the floodgates open and we start getting the big news updates.

It's closer than you think! Until then, may the Force be with you.
