Panels

There will be 3 types of panel entry at Celebration Anaheim. Lottery (now called Virtual Panel Selection), online reservation (Lightspeed Lane Reservation), and good old fashioned queuing. Which type depends on which panel you want to see.

Virtual Panel Selection (Lottery)

The main panel each morning will be held on the Celebration Stage and streamed to the Galaxy and Twin Suns Stages. Entry to these panels will be done via lottery. Fans can enter themselves and up to eleven others (maximum of 12 people) as a group.

Virtual panel selection will be open for 1 week, from Thursday, May 12 at 8:00am PT through Thursday, May 19 at 11:59pm PT. Selection is random and the time you enter has no impact on your chances of being selected for panel entry.

UPDATE 05/12/22 - Panel selection delayed due to background updates. New dates will be advised soon.

UPDATE 05/16/22 - Panel selection is now open and will close on Sunday, May 22, at 11:59pm PT.

Entry to the lottery will be at this site and is via the email address you used to purchase your Celebration tickets. You do not need an activated badge to enter the lottery. You can enter the lottery once for each of the tickets on your purchase (so if you bought 4 tickets you will have 4 lottery entries).

You do not need to have bought your tickets together to be in a group. Once you have entered for the ticket(s) you purchased, you will receive a group code that you can share with friends so they can join your group. Maximum group size is 12.

It is recommended that you add email addresses for each member of your group so they also receive confirmations.

Children under the age of 6 will not have reserved seating but may sit on their parent or guardian's lap. Unlike Chicago, it appears Kids tickets will be eligible to enter the lottery and will count towards your group of 12.

Panels that will be selected by lottery are:

Thursday - Lucasfilm's Studio Showcase
Friday - Light & Magic
Saturday - Mando+: A Conversation with Jon Favreau & Dave Filoni
Sunday - Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2

Fans who win the lottery will be notified via email which will confirm which stage they have won and provide a QR code for panel access.

ReedPOP have removed any mention of needing to claim your reservation from their website so it appears you will not need to do this.

Jedi Master VIPs are not eligible to enter as they have reserved seating for all Celebration Stage panels.

UPDATED 05/19/22 - There will be standby lines for all stages available each morning in case there are any seats to be filled. Please see entry guide for more details.

Lightspeed Lane Panel Reservations

All panels on the Galaxy and Twin Suns Stages will have a section of reserved seating available for Lightspeed Lane reservations. This does not include the live stream of the first morning panel as that is covered by the Virtual Panel Selection lottery.

Lightspeed Lane Panel Reservations will be available via the Star Wars Celebration App (download here) and website.

Reservations open each morning of the convention at 9am PT.

Fans can make up to 1 reservation per stage per day. An active badge is required to make panel reservations.

Activate you badge here to gain access to Lightspeed Lane reservations.

Unreserved Seating

All Celebration Stage panels following the main morning panel WILL NOT require a lottery win or panel reservation. Fans will be seated first come, first served for subsequent panels until the arena reaches capacity.

In Chicago the arena was not cleared after each panel. Fans were free to remain in their seats, move to new seats, or leave after each panel ended.

For non-reserved seating in the Galaxy and Twin Suns Stages, and all seating at all other stages, fans will be able to walk up and queue as they have at previous Celebrations. Non-reserved seating is on a first come, first served basis and lines will be closed if panels reach capacity.

And don't forget that the Star Wars Celebration LIVE Stage will be on the show floor for fans to enjoy streaming of the major panels and guest interviews.

Exhibitor Exclusives Selection Process (Lotteries)

In addition to the major panels, the same lottery process will also be used for Funko and Loungefly's Celebration exclusives.

UPDATE 05/16/22 - Selection process is now open.

Entry will be via this website and all entries must be made by Sunday, May 22 at 11:59pm PT.

Fans who win the selection process will be given a time to attend the relevant booth to purchase the exclusives. These time windows cannot be changed.

Lightspeed Lane Show Store and More

In addition to panels, fans will be able to get Lightspeed reservations for the Celebration Store and other experiences on the show floor. Details are to be confirmed closer to the show but presumably reservations will open each day at 9am same as the panels.

Activate you badge here to gain access to Lightspeed Lane reservations. You will also need the Star Wars Celebration App which you can download here.

I hope that breaks everything down clearer! For those entering the lotteries, may the Force be with you!
